Community energy workshop for urban community land/asset owners

Local Energy Scotland deliver the Scottish Government’s Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES) which provides advice, support and funding to help communities, social enterprises and others to develop and benefit from renewables projects. Over the course of the day you’ll discover:

• what support is available from CARES

• how and when to apply for CARES funding

• inspiring projects from across Scotland that you could replicate in your own community

This is a free event and lunch will be provided, dietary requirements will be catered for.

This event will be held at the Pyramid at Anderston which was recently brought into community ownership and is now a great multi-use community centre run by the local community.
